Adjusted how Timeout draws and Double KOs work
- these will both give a player a round point if possible, if both players are at set point it resets the round.
Adjusted after-round time
Gave more specific KO messages such as Perfect KO and Double KO
Color Adjustments
- Green Sus deals more damage but has much higher scaling
- Olive Sus is 2 frames faster
- Cyan Sus works better against grounded opponents who aren't in hit/blockstun
- A bug was fixed with Charcoal's Sus & Super 2 functioning improperly
