Blue changes
- EX adjustments
  - Adjusted EX so it connects easier at close range
  - Has corner push to avoid corner crossups
- Sus adjustments
  - First hit has more hitstun so it guarantees to connect with 2nd hit if first hit connects in most scenarios
  - Hitbox adjusted
  - Damage values adjusted
  - No longer can cancel it directly into normals or jump, however can still cancel it into dash, supers and EX
  - Has corner push
  - Knockback values adjusted
2K hitbox adjusted to match the animation better
Sus scaling tweaked slightly
