THANK YOU FOR 2 YEARS OF AMONG US ARENA!!!
It's been 2 years since I first let people get their hands on Among Us Arena, and it's led to a whole lot of joy in my life. If you've been sticking with it for even just a few months, thank you so much, you have no idea how much it means to me! Hopefully you'll look into my future projects as well! Well, anyways, let's get straight into it then! Lots of changes now!
BUGFIXES AND TWEAKS
- Online play tweaks
- UI Tweaks
- Fixed a bug with the character select screen
- Random will pick a new color each game
- Random also counts as a new character for arcade mode
- Points needed for overall rank in arcade mode has been increased

GAMEPLAY CHANGES
- Chip kills will no longer occur unless opponent is in install
- All taunts now gain meter
- Small change in the damage calculation when damage scaling reaches 2.00
- Previously, hits that have a scaled damage value of less than 200 got their damage halved. The damage threshold has been lowered to hits with <150 scaled damage.

STAGE CHANGES
- Changed Skeld Cafeteria slightly, Remodeling the back wall and adding some other graphics.
- Added Stage 5
REGULAR MOVE CHANGES
- Air Knife
- Now only projectile invincible from frames 4-16
- Buffering the move leaves the player farther away from the ground
- Standing Knife
- Damage lowered
- Standing Gun
- Jumping over the gunshot hitbox can be done much closer to the gun compared to before
- Crouching Light
- Fixed some errors chaining out of crouching light
SUPERS:
- Beam Super Changes
- Deals less damage overall
- Better against guts
- Megaphone
- More startup intangibility
- Sabotage
- Can KO on chip during sabotage
- Timer speeds up during sabotage
- Takes 100% meter
- Meter gain on install increased
- Extra chip damage is multiplied by 2 instead of a flat extra bonus
- Length extended by 1.5 seconds
- Juggle decay no longer resets to a lower amount on start, instead it will only decrease the amount of scaling added during install
- Combo damage lowered
- Updated UI visuals during install
CHARACTER CHANGES
- Blue
- Sus now has armor on startup
- Sus no longer cancels into j.K
- Sus now cancels into 5L, 5H, 5G, 2H, 2G in addition to 5K & 2K
- 2nd hit hitbox is larger so it hits more consistently, animation adjusted to match.
- Pink
- Sus and EX will hit easier when buffered out of jump
- Green
- EX damage increase
- Sus better frame data on block
- Orange
- Taunt meter gain increased
- Yellow
- EX damage increased
- Black
- Jump Sus - can no longer cancel the landing lag into moves on block.
- White
- Dashing out of susryu costs 25 meter again
- It can be done more than once per combo
- Fixed a bug that disabled full meter shin susryu when “disable sus + attack” is enabled
- Dashing out of susryu costs 25 meter again
- Brown
- Fixed a bug that would sometimes not catch the opponent when landing ground sus, leaving the opponent floating
- Made brown intangible during hitting lasso
- Cyan
- EX hits don’t increase damage decay
- Lime
- Increased damage
- Fixed a bug preventing sus from chaining into EX
- Tan
- Made jump sus not so low to the ground when buffering from jumpsquat
- Tan will continue to count sus hits after the first stun of the combo, but no further stuns will be applied.
- Maroon
- Damage increased
- Air Sus no longer causes knockdown on grounded opponents
- Coral
- Air EX added
- Air Sus has more startup
- Olive
- Sus & EX deals less damage but ignores guts
- Mint
- Sus can be dash canceled on hit
- Hitbox size and spawn point adjusted to not whiff at point blank
- EX damage increase
- Speed of EX and normal fireballs swapped
- Chocolate
- Scaled damage on sus sweetspot lowered from 350 -> 250
- Unscaled damage & EX damage unchanged
- Freezeframe effect on EX lengthened, effectively lowering startup time.
- Flame
- Lowered hitstun on jump sus
- Navy
- Sus won’t land cancel too early when buffering out of jump
- Fortegreen
- Sus will no longer affect the combo damage.
