- Adjusted Purple Sus so it wouldn't cause weird reactions by KOing with it.

BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS
- Purple Sus has armor breaker on the final hit
- Purple Sus modified to hit more consistent
- Purple EX modified to hit more consistent
- Purple Sus cooldown altered
- Pushblocking physics altered
- Pushblocking can be executed with a neutral Sus press, but still not while holding back
