BALANCE CHANGES
- White Sus reverted to 2.2.3
- White Sus is now dash cancelable
- White Sus now has scaled knockback
- White Sus damage decreased
- Megaphone super has a smaller hitbox when used in neutral. Still has a full-size hitbox when used against opponents in hitstun
- Sabotage has a slight damage increase
- Burst now usable at 50% meter.
- Burst now consumes entire meter.
