BALANCE CHANGES

• White Sus reverted to 2.2.3
• White Sus is now dash cancelable
• White Sus now has scaled knockback
• White Sus damage decreased
• Megaphone super has a smaller hitbox when used in neutral. Still has a full-size hitbox when used against opponents in hitstun
• Sabotage has a slight damage increase
• Burst now usable at 50% meter.
• Burst now consumes entire meter.
