BALANCE CHANGES

• You no longer get your ground bounces back the moment the opponent touches the floor.
• Air Knife does less unscaled damage
• Air Knife no longer has unscaled knockback
• Air Light now has unscaled knockback
• Counter has more recovery on hit.
• Tan Air Sus gains less meter and has less hitstun
• Burst is no longer possible during opponent's Sabotage
• Burst only consumes 50% meter instead of 77%. Still only possible at full meter.
• Burst now has Armor Breaker. (Counters should still beat it though)

BUGFIXES & TWEAKS

• Reimplemented player direct matches. It should work more consistently.
• Fixed a bug regarding player rank having an incorrect gain/decrease amount
• Allowed players to back out of matchmaking with Heavy (Button 2)
• Brown Sus can no longer be chained into super prematurely
